Trio of neaco products combine at luxury apartment development

Neaco’s glass balustrade, glass balcony designs and metal grating products are all prominently featured at a luxury development of Assisted Living apartments in Halifax.

Situated within a conservation area on the edge of the town centre, the development comprises 50 one and two bedroom apartments designed to a high specification. neaco’s Spectrum handrails and glass infill balustrade have been installed to corner glass balcony terraces on four upper storeys alongside Neaco’s Clearview glass Juliet balconies. The versatile metal grating design of our Techdek aluminium open grilles has also been utilised to provide solar shading to the fifth floor balcony terraces. The toughened glass panels on the balcony terraces include a bespoke etching design.

Available in powder coated aluminium or stainless steel – or a combination of both – Spectrum is a precision-engineered modular system characterized by smooth, clean lines offering a high architectural aesthetic which is extremely durable and maintenance-free. The range includes a wood-effect finish and a comprehensive choice of infills, from toughened glass and rails to mesh, grilles and perforated panels. Clearview Juliet balconies provide stylish contemporary looks and maximum sunlight penetration with a glass-fronted design that maximizes sunlight penetration. Spectrum comes with a class-leading Lifetime Guarantee and is available on the National BIM Library at www.nationalbimlibrary.com/NEACO
